Milo
Red & Rust Male out of Aggie's 2nd Litter
(Born November 24, 2001 -- owned by the Browns)

April 22, 2008 -

How are you guys? I know it's been a long time since you've heard from us. I'm Mrs. Ida Brown, Milo's mom. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful opportunity of having Milo in our lives. On March 17th, Milo passed away. It was very hard and sad to lose him, I felt that by you guys being the breeders of such a brilliant dog, I had to let you know. Milo was our baby. We don't have any kids, so he was our kid. We miss him very much. Thanks you again. In the future, we will get in touch with you guys about getting another puppy.

Thank you so much...
MRS. IDA BROWN"

RESPONSE:

"Oh no, what was the cause? I am so saddened to hear of Milo's passing. I guess I have been in the Doberman business long enough now to start getting reports like this .. it's just hard to imagine! I hope your heart is not too heavy with grief. I am glad to hear that he had a good life with you. I wish you all the best. Let me know when and if you need anything I can assist with."

"Hi:

Thank you for your response. Milo died of an infection from eating a piece of fabric. When he showed any signs of sickness, we took him to the vet. He was there for five days and showed signs of recovery, but the vet called us to tell us he didn't make it. I'm not ready for another puppy yet, Milo was a great dog and he filled our lives with a lot of happiness and joy. As soon as I decide and when the time its right, I or my husband will contact you. Thank you again."

February 10, 2002 - The Garrett family (the breeder's) drove to Waco with the red male we tagged green. This was a half way point for Stephen and Ida who named the puppy Milo. Pictured above: Ida holding Milo with Todd and Laura
