"Hey John-- I still have two puppies here with me and one of them started the soft mushy poo this week, so I told my vet about it and she, just today, gave me another round of Albon. She said sometimes, even though you dose them all - which we did - that you still have to do a second round of Albon. I read where you said Amore's poop was not so good - for good measure I would get your vet to give both Baron and Amore another round of Albon, it's just like liquid wormer - they like the taste and it should get him back "pooping right" :o) ! Hollar if you have any questions and give them a hug from me! --Debbie"

"Hello, Just thought I would tell you that a round of Albon worked with Amour :) Thanks for letting me know back a few weeks ago. They are happy and healthy and enjoying life in the Bronx. I thought I would send a few pictures I just took. They are getting sooo big. Baron is around 28 lbs and Amour is 32. It looks like Baron will be the sleek doberman boy and Amour will be the wide chested one :) Amour was able to get his ear posting off early (rough play with Baron). Look how nice the ears look in the picture. Thanks again! John"

Personality Info: When smaller Waffle whined alot, not so much now. He is very sweet and seems more secure now. He loves to tumble with littermates and like Uno, not a wimp, but not a bully. He is the bigger of of the two black boys, but not by much. Loves to be held and cuddled. Very sweet puppy.
"Waffle and Lil Bit look perfect for me! --John in the Bronx"

"They are growing fast and so sweet! I get them this Saturday! I know you are ready for the shipping total. I will get that fee for you this week for sure!" --Laura
August 7, 2008 - "Laura, I picked out my las pair of dogs by selecting the one who didn't mind a stranger much and when I (stranger) picked them up like the mother, they just were not phased. They would just keep going and didn't mind being picked up. Just let me know what amount needs to be sent to which person and I will send by 9/1, just remember I sent the 1,000.00 already. I have never picked a puppy without being there. The last two dobes were the only dogs I have owned since we had family dogs when I was growing up.
I am ready for them ;) I am already reading more about puppy training and other details for their home here. Thanks for all your help. -- John"
RESPONSE:
"John, Trust me, we won't forget what amount you sent! I have already made note in my records and Debbie will be making note once check is received. When I was visiting with the pups last weekend, I was really impressed with some of the traits Debbie was already noticing .. like the loner. She is a big animal lover and definitely will be the one to rely on when it comes time to pick. FYI: The 1st pick for the black males said she thinks she is leaning towards Uno. It is really too hard to tell, but that is what she is feeling right now. More pics -- Deb sent me pics of first bath -- too cute! I will forward after this message! --Laura"

"I lost my two dobes about 5 years ago and am ready to have another pair to love. One was lost to old age at 13 years old, the other 6 months later of cancer. I live close to NYC, so would have them shipped here. I would also like the ears cropped before receiving them.
The dogs will have constant love and exercise. I have had two Dobermans before and know the breed very well. One was 7 years old when the second came home (as a baby). They were best friends both of their lives. Plenty of time everyday playing in a field fetching tennis balls until they could not run anymore.
RESPONSE:
"John, Thanks for filling out the info request from the site. I think you sound like a good owner. We have a litter available (9 days old). Unfortunately, there are no reds -- just blacks and blues. The blues are beautiful and all four are males. If you have any interest, let me know. Please let me know what questions you might have for me. I would love to see you have one of these babies! Best regards -- Laura"

"Laura, I am checking with my partner if the Blue would be fine as a choice, I just prefer Black (I know I would love a Doberman even if he was green ;) Let me know what the total for two doberman pups (one Black and one Blue), with ears cropped and shipping to New York City (LGA or JFK airport is fine). Also, since the ears would be cropped at what age I would expect to be able to receive them. Thank you for adding me to the list! I look at the mother's face and see the same looks as my past dobes, that just makes me desire the pups even more. Congratulations on such a fine group of Dobermans :) John"
RESPONSE:
"Blues are gorgeous :) I know there is a big difference in price for the red vs. the blue, they are just not very common for us. Other than these 4, I have placed 1 other blue. I would love for two brothers to go into the same home. It is such a neat bond when littermates grow up and live together! We should be able to fly them together in one crate. I am certain we will have to use the larger crate vs. the medium size I typically use. That is going to affect price. I will try to figure out should you get a green light and blue becomes a possibility. Ear crops are $375 (each) and I have my vet do it at 7-1/2 weeks old and we can ship the following week. --Laura"

"Laura, I am ready to pay the deposit for the two dobes. I would like a blue male and a black male. Let me know how to get the deposit to you!
As for the ear cut for cropping, I will go with yours (and the vet's ) best chouce on cut. Remember, I just love a cute dobe. They will be home boys and not for show. Also, am I supposed to make a pup pick of the pictures you sent in the other email? Thanks -- John"
RESPONSE:
"John, You are a pleasure to work with and we appreciate your trust! Looking at the calendar, I plan on getting pups weekend of 9/13. The puppy fee will go to Debbie. Let's have you send ear crops/flight to me since that will make things less complicated for us on our end.
Okay ... no, no, no, silly!! No picks can be made yet! You have until the weekend I get them before a pick HAS to be made. Bet you can't wait that long, though!! Around 5 weeks old is a good age to take picks seriously. Thanks again! Laura"
